
Product Introduction
The IMD series magnetic pump products are high-power and high head magnetic drive pumps developed by the company based on years of experience in magnetic pump manufacturing. The appearance and installation dimensions are designed and manufactured according to ISO standards. The overall structure adopts a motor direct connection rear pull type, supported by a middle bracket, with a compact structure, easy disassembly and maintenance, and a wide performance range; The magnetic steel used to transmit torque adopts advanced rare earth material permanent magnets - "neodymium iron boron" to manufacture the inner and outer magnets. The isolation sleeve combination made of non-metallic material lining F46 has high-strength mechanical properties, which solves the magnetic eddy current loss of general magnetic pumps and improves the efficiency of the whole machine. Capable of transporting highly concentrated and highly corrosive media with a density greater than 1.84 t/m3; The main components are made of steel lining F46, and the pump body has high strength and can withstand corrosion from all strong acids and alkalis. Especially suitable for transporting flammable, explosive, toxic, volatile, and high density chemical media. The part of the pump that comes into contact with the liquid is made of fluoroplastic, but the casing is made of metal material, so the pump body is sufficient to withstand the weight of the pipeline and mechanical impact. The IMD series magnetic pump is a motor directly connected type, supported by a middle bracket, easy to install and disassemble, with a compact structure. One person can easily perform internal maintenance and parts replacement, greatly facilitating users' daily maintenance work.
IMD magnetic pumps are widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, acid and alkali production, non-ferrous metal smelting, acid washing processes in automotive manufacturing, rare earth separation, pesticides, dyes, pharmaceuticals, papermaking, electroplating, radio, etc. for transporting acids, alkalis, oils, rare and valuable solutions, venoms, volatile liquids, especially flammable, explosive, and high density liquids. Applicable temperature: -20 ℃ to 100 ℃.
